Dry Aged Beef

The butchery's beef is land-famous! Known for its tenderness and juiciness — and especially, for its flavour.

The meat comes from select farms, mostly in Jutland. The races are Hereford, Angus, Dexter, Scottish Highland, Simmentaler, Charolais, and Limousine — or cross–breeds with one of the above dominating.

The aging process affords us the opportunity to influence the taste using our specialist know–how, and achieve a delicious final result!
